Safe Hammad

Safe Hammad is the  Advisor of Arctic Shores, a behaviour-based assessments, that gives every individual the opportunity to show their potential, and every employer the means to see it.

He is also the Director of Sandacre.

Heattended the University of London, where he earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine from 1994 to 1997. Following his graduation, he worked as a software developer at DXC Technology from June 1998 to March 2000. He then joined Goldman Sachs as a Senior Technology Analyst, a position he held from March 2000 to October 2003.

Afterward, Safe Hammad served at NewField IT, where he was the Chief Technology Officer and a Non-Executive Director for seven years and eight months. He worked as a software developer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from March 2011 to September 2011.

He became the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Arctic Shores, also serving as an advisor for the company, for ten years and nine months. Currently, Safe Hammad is the Director of Sandacre, a self-employed position he began in August 2023.
