Following his academic pursuits, he entered the professional arena as an Account Executive at Rock Unlimited, where he worked from July 2015 to April 2016.

Tej then advanced to the position of Senior Account Executive at 90TEN Healthcare, serving from April 2016 to July 2016.

In March 2018, Tej transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Wonderbly, contributing until July 2018.

He assumed the responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Lead for Marketing & PR and Internal Recruiters at Babylon Health, where he served from September 2018 to April 2019.

Tej then embarked on a multifaceted professional journey as the Director, Recruiter, and Consultant at Exacity Recruitment, a role he held from July 2016 to September 2019. Simultaneously, in December 2018, he delved into property investment with Tej Invests.

In June 2022, Tej took on the role of Director at Mechify.

Currently, he holds the position of Managing Director at Saaf Cleaning & FM, a role he assumed in June 2023 and has been dedicatedly managing for the past six months.
