Wenmiao Yu

Wenmiao Yu is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Quantum Dice, a VC-backed University of Oxford spin-out developing high-speed, self-certifying quantum random number generators (QRNG). Since 2019, she has led fundraising and market creation efforts, leveraging her belief in the power of communities to drive growth in emerging technologies.

Previously, Wenmiao was an Entrepreneur in the Quantum Stream of the Creative Destruction Lab in Toronto and a QTEC Enterprise Fellow at the University of Bristol, where she gained insights into quantum technologies and entrepreneurship. Her earlier experiences include a summer placement in Global Software Procurement at Centrica, a summer internship at Dehns Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, and research at Nanyang Technological University, contributing to a PhD thesis on Biomedical Fluorescent Imaging.
