- From day one, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customer accounts across the UK, US and Europe.
- This is a high-pressure, commercial role with ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with senior executives across Enterprise customers’ organisations.
- The Account Director will work extremely closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce collateral, communicate feature requests and ensure delivery of the best possible experience for all key accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities and account plans in the CRM.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers, alongside the Customer Success team, to ensure the retention of clients.
