Clinical Psychologist

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and designing personalised care plans using DBT-A-informed models, delivering evidence-based interventions, including DBT-A, CBT, ACT, and CFT.
• Working collaboratively with families to provide tailored support.
• Utilising innovative tech to communicate asynchronously with users, offering feedback and guidance outside of sessions.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings led by expert psychologists.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with guidelines.
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on Speek policies and practices.
• Leading outreach initiatives in both private and public sectors.
• Supporting safeguarding and risk management efforts by developing protocols to mitigate clinical, ethical, and legal risks.
• Contributing to training programs for students and other psychologists.
