As our Growth Manager (Retention & Engagement), you will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey, owning CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, and driving activation and retention initiatives. In this dynamic role, you'll work across marketing, product, and external resources to deliver exceptional experiences that turn first-time buyers into loyal advocates.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership of retention and lifecycle marketing. Being the most senior growth hire, you'll be empowered to build and execute retention strategies from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and work with external partners to implement impactful initiatives.
