Senior Marketing Executive

• Manage the execution and contribute to the development of the email, content and social media (Tik Tok, IG and LinkedIn) strategy to engage USA and UK markets
  

• Design, build and optimise email campaigns and email automations retention via email marketing
  

• Drive growth and engagement across our social channels through clever content creation and community building. Must be comfortable in front of camera, we have an in-house editor for creating assets
  

• Create UGC like content for our Tik Tok and IG channels to drive growth and build visibility to drive inbound traffic
  

• Identify the highest impact opportunities, prioritise, execute and communicate results in channel with the team
  

• Secure partnerships with other brands & companies to grow awareness and long term growth
  

• Have a deep understanding of copy and an excellent way with written language. B2B marketing to be launched in Q2, so being able to both appeal to a B2C audience and B2C with different narratives.
  

• Think outside of the box and drive our brand, we want don’t want to just put out content for the sake of it but the need for it to really resonate on the channels you choose to engage with via your marketing strategy
  

• Create content that is evergreen and high quality for website including the blog, email and video
  

• Drive personal branding for our founder via LI content posts and engagement which in turn supports B2B sales for the business and awareness
  

• Be energetic and hungry to want the Ocushield brand to get more eyeballs and impressions for all the amazing work we do!

• Be agile and be able to work on ad-hoc marketing tasks when needed

The team is currently as a whole, remote and one day a week in London - although for this role it may need more in person time working with the founder and team due to content creation requirements as we have lots of great ideas!
