AutogenAI is looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join the team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming new customers to our platform and ensuring they have a smooth implementation. In doing so, you will manage user engagement, monitor and drive adoption, train users, ensure timely completion of key onboarding milestones, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure we're demonstrating value to the customer at every stage. Delighting our customers is core to our mission and this begins with a smooth onboarding process.
